Terms of Service

By accessing or using walyt ("the Service", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

walyt provides a platform for users to create and share a single public page that displays their cryptocurrency wallet addresses across multiple blockchains. Features include:

• A custom, shareable URL (e.g. walyt.app/yourname)
• Support for 20+ blockchains with address validation
• One-tap copy for visitors
• Optional display name, bio, and theme customization
• Subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Premium) with different limits and features
• An affiliate program for earning commission on referred subscribers

The Service does not custody, transmit, or manage any cryptocurrency or digital assets. All blockchain transactions occur directly between you and third parties; we only display addresses you choose to publish.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide a valid email address for account creation
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account creation and sign-in are handled through Magic.link's passwordless authentication. You will receive a sign-in link by email. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your email account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your email account secure.

The Service is offered in three tiers:

• Free — 1 wallet, 3 preset themes. No payment required.
• Pro — $1.00 USD per month. Unlimited wallets, all 8 preset themes. Billed monthly via Stripe.
• Premium — $3.00 USD per month. Everything in Pro plus custom theme colors. Billed monthly via Stripe.

Payment is processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account. Upon cancellation, your plan reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Eligible users may participate in our referral program. You earn a 50% recurring commission on subscription payments from users who sign up through your referral link. Commissions are paid in USDC on Solana to a payout address you provide; payouts are processed weekly (typically every Monday).

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program, or to withhold payouts in cases of fraud or abuse, with 30 days' notice where practicable. Eligibility and payout thresholds may apply as described in the referral dashboard.

You agree to:

• Publish only wallet addresses that you own or are authorized to display
• Keep your public page content accurate and up to date
• Not use the Service for fraudulent purposes, impersonation, scams, or money laundering
• Not violate any applicable laws, including sanctions and export controls
• Not attempt to circumvent plan limits, abuse the referral system, or interfere with the Service

You understand that wallet addresses you publish are visible to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for the consequences of sharing those addresses.

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

walyt does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The Service is a tool for sharing wallet addresses only. You are solely responsible for your use of cryptocurrency and for any transactions conducted using addresses displayed on your page.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. display name, bio, wallet addresses); you grant us a license to use that content to operate and provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We are not responsible for the accuracy of blockchain data, the actions of third parties (including payment processors and blockchain networks), or any loss of funds resulting from incorrect addresses, user error, or unauthorized access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, directors, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or funds. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
